Great plugin, thanks for your work! Just one small question: Is it possible to use special characters in custom keywords such as “&” or “-“?
Would be very happy to solve this final issue for my site :)

Hello there! I want to ask for help regarding this plugin. We installed and configured the plugin in our website but we can’t see any internal links that were generated. What do you think is the problem with this. I’ll appreciate any help. Thanks!

Seem like an awesome tool. Considering installing it on my sites. Does the plugin work with post created prior to installation or only work on post/pages created after the plugin has been installed?

Does your plugin include “adds a link to an SEO site of the creator of this plugin.” like the review on WordPress says?

  7. seonature says

Thanks for the great plugin – that was what I really needed. If you try to improve a blog with over 1000 posts this makes life a lot easier!

    Hello,

This plugin used to be able to auto link to different posts…for example if I had a few posts related to “Coffee” t would find the coffee keyword and links straight to the URL of those posts….but now it only links to the …tag/coffee or “coffee category”.

I have the setting right but somehow it just links to tags or categories and not to individual posts anymore!

    Any ideas why?

    Hello there,

your plugin has a problem. Although the update, it keeps linking the same page even the option I used say to avoid this.

    Can you please fix?

Is there a way to allow special characters in keyword phrases, such as commas, apostrophes, hyphens or dashes, and quotes (double and single)?

My site has a lot of book and movie titles which frequently use those characters and at present, the plugin does not allow those.

    Suggestions?

  16. Vahid says

    Hi there,

Thank you for such a great plugin.

I have a problem with it. The plugin doesn’t let the big posts body to be displayed on the articles pages. What is the solution?

Do you have the premium version of this plugin. I want to install it in my website. The price for it is too high $ 79. If you have already bought the business version, can you install it in my website. I am ready to pay for the same.

  18. Alison says

Is WordPress SEO Internal Links compatible with WordPress SEO by Yoast? Or would having both plugins repeat some of the same functions?

  19. JJ says

Great plugin, thank you very much! One question though: would it be difficult to generate links even if excerpt is displayed, that is on blog homepage or category archive where the posts are displayed with excerpt not with content?

  20. kristinachilds says

this doesn’t seem to like hyphens. i have a long, long list of products that have hyphenated model names (ex: Awesome-2000). I have tried using quotes to group the term and that doesn’t seem to work either. It works great with single words, but not with anything hyphenated

  21. Ben says

And good would be also, to configure all tags with site. So if you have a internal or external site for cars, maybe internal links would link only to one of a article about cars but not the one and only car site.

  22. Taxi Berlin says

If possible it would also be great to manually correct, insert, clear post from insert links. but i think this wouldnt able with your programm, because it adds them afterwards.

  23. Taxi Berlin says

Hey I use your nice tool internal links. At first I will thank you for this nice free tool! But I ve one thing you maybe could add. Some people like me may like to use a second headline with or other tags. Maybe you could add, that your tool also doenst link from or e.g. tags. Thank you again!

  24. Alisa says

Just installed (new site not live yet) and it looks like a good program – it’s an updated version of the SEO Smart Links, correct?

I just have one quick question – it defaults to not have “allow links to self” checked. Am I misunderstanding what that option does? I assumed it would autolink to your own posts if checked. Could you clarify that option. Thanks!

  25. Richard says

Hey, why is the WordPress Ping Optimizer creating an iframe at the top of every page (including the wp-admin) with an iframe of ads linking to your website? You embedded the iframe code statically in the plugin’s code, what’s up with that?

  26. Daan Brusse says

I just installed it on a live website and it works great!

Don’t use linked words that are in short code buttons, it overrules the button and replaces it with a normal link.

Great for SEO and you can really built interesting navigation with this :) Thanks guys!!

    Cheers, Daan Brusse
